Location: Lordswood Day Centre

Salary Range: £12,740 p.a.

Hours: 37.5

Shift: 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

The role will be at our day centre in Lordswood supporting adults with Autism.You will provide support within the team ensuring that the people we support achieve a full, meaningful and active life by following a person centred plan within the community.

Experience required/desirable is NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults) also experience and or knowledge in epilepsy and experience of working within the field of services for adults with special needs. A willingness to participate in a continuous development of the service and an ambition to ensure that people are supported to achieve their aspirations within the community, and that you hold a clean driving licence (for at least two years) as you may be required to drive.

The Successful candidate will have had previous experience in leading staff in a residential or registered setting. The role demands and enthusiastic and dedicated manager to support an experienced staff team to achieve the aspirations of 6 adults with autism and challenging needs. This role has become available after internal promotion so there is knowledgeable support available for the ideal candidate. The candidate needs to be able and willing to register with the Care Quality Commission as part of their role and responsiblities.

WAKING NIGHT SUPPORT WORKER

Location: Faversham

Salary Range: £13,715 p.a.

Hours: 37.5

Shift: 9.30pm to 7.30am on a two week rolling rota - Week 1: Monday, Friday and Saturday - Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday

The role will be at our residential centre in Faversham supporting adults with Autism. Waking Night duties will also include monitoring the safety of each of the people that wie support, laundry, household cleaning and supporting individuals through their evening routine.

Shift Pattern: Split Shift - 7:30am to 10am then 3:45pm to 10pm and 7:30am to 10pm either Saturday or Sunday on a two week rolling rota

You will also be required to do up to 8 Sleep In's per month. Paid at an additiona rate of £29.16 per night.
