DEPUTY OPERATIONS MANAGERS FOR MEDWAY

We are currently recruiting for Deputy Operations Manager for Medway this will include managing the Respite service, for Ashford, canterbury and Faversham. Both positions may also be required to become a Registered Manager dependent on the need of the business.

Salary range: £32,000 p.a.

Hours 37.5 hrs a week which will include on-call duties. Respite - On call duties to manage/cover 24/7 service. Flexibility to provide support outside normal working hours as required.

Experience Required/Desirable are that you hold a Registered Managers Award plus NVQ 4/SVQ 4 in Health & Social Care or other relevant management qualification and/or higher education qualification in one or more of the following fields or related sectors, social care, education. Experience of managing a learning disability/autism service, a knowledge of relevant legislative requirements, including the Essential Standards of Quality & Safety and other current national policies and procedures relating to this sector. To be able to demonstrate proven leadership and management skills, good communication skills and to be passionate and committed to your work. To have use of own vehicle and current driving licence.

SENIOR SUPPOR WORKER (Fixed Term covering Maternity leave)

Shift:
